Hey mates,

I was wondering if somebody could direct me as to how I can input ANSI codes to color my ASCII art in my terminal window on Linux Mint. I have googled it but, I'm a first time Linux user and their references are vague and at times hard to understand since they refer to numerous things I'm not sure what they pertain to. I struggled with just inserting the ASCII at first because my system didn't have a .bashrc and I had to create one. I'm not talking about screenfetch either, I would strictly like to just make a 2 tone ASCII art to display in my terminal. Thank you in advance.
